Quarried in Galicia, north-west Spain (Province of Pontevedra). Its pink alkali feldspars give it its characteristic colouring.
Rosa Porriño is frost- and weather-resistant and very hard. It can be polished and ground, as well as bush-hammered and point-chiselled. Suited to architectural applications indoors and out: interior fit-out, sculpture, furniture making, construction, façade cladding, wall and floor coverings and table tops.

This versatile stone is perfect for worktops, floors and wall cladding, lending every room a touch of elegance. Whether tiles, slabs, stairs or window sills, Crema Julia is especially suited to counter and bar tops, interior wall cladding, monuments, stairs, paving and pool coping.
Finishes to enquire about include flamed, polished, sawn, brushed, aged, bush-hammered and leathered. Availability of a particular material, format and finish combination is confirmed with the quotation.
The surface is made from sawn material and then treated with a flame jet. The intense heat bursts small particles from the surface, creating a rough, irregular texture. Thanks to its slip-resistant properties it is particularly suited to exterior paving.
A perfectly smooth, glossy surface created by multi-stage grinding followed by polishing. The pores are largely closed, increasing resistance to external influences. Easy to clean and hygienic, it is frequently used for worktops.
The surface of slabs straight off the saw or multi-blade machine, with no further treatment. The result is a flat, rough and matte surface.
A brushing process with special brushes lightly removes the softer components of the stone. The result is a matte, lightly textured surface with a natural feel.
Made from previously flamed material that is then brushed. This creates an irregular yet soft, gently silky texture with natural character.
The surface is worked with a pneumatic hammer and special bush hammers tipped with diamond. This produces an even, lightly rough and sandy surface with a rustic appearance.
Made from sawn material then brushed with diamond bristles. This creates a lightly textured, matte surface that nonetheless feels pleasantly smooth.
